We are looking for a proactive Retail Sales Executive to manage and grow sales within the EPC & Installer segment. The role focuses on building EPC relationships, driving sales growth, and tracking SI, SO, and ST accurately.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Develop and manage relationships with EPC companies and installers
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Track and manage SI, SO & ST and maintain CRM records
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
1–3 years sales experience (energy/solar/tech preferred)
EPC or installer segment exposure is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Urdu/regional language is a plus)
