Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Officer / Senior Officer – Quality at our Port Qasim facility.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring product excellence, regulatory compliance, and robust quality systems across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier approvals, audits, and ensure compliance with national & international regulatory standards.
- Manage raw material and finished goods specifications in line with regulatory and client requirements.
- Develop and improve HACCP plans and support QMS documentation for FSSC 22000 (Ver 6) and ISO 9001.
- Maintain documentation for FSSC 22000, Halal, DRAP, and other audits.
- Handle raw material testing, SAP releases, trend analysis, and sample retention.
- Coordinate FSSC teams, manage lab inventory, and address supplier complaints.
- Support R&D trials, process validations, and packaging material issuance through SAP.
- Ensure effective handling of internal & external audits and action plan execution.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality & Food Safety Management (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0, ISO 9001, and Halal certification requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
- Experience in R&D processes is a plus.
