Transsion Tecno Electronics Pvt Limited is looking to hire Market Complaint Officer (Lahore, Rawalpindi)
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience (auto parts manufacturing / automobile experience is preferred).
Responsibilities:
•Receive, log, and acknowledge all customer and market complaints related to windshield defects.
•Maintain close coordination with OEM dealerships for warranty cases resolution.
•Maintain a log of overall cases with defect history.
•Willing and able to travel outside the city to conduct periodic on-site visits for assessing and resolving issues.
•Conduct periodic on-site visits when required to assess and resolve technical issues.
•Provide technical assistance to dealers, service centres, and installation partners regarding correct handling.
•Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the availability of required materials.
•Support communication between customers and internal departments for issue resolution.
•Prepare periodic service performance and complaint analysis reports.
•Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
•Conduct preliminary investigations to identify the root cause in coordination with Quality and Technical teams.
•Previous OEM service field experience will be preferred.
