We are hiring Senior Technician / Supervisor North & Central Regions
Qualification
- DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the retail food chain industry.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role managing maintenance operations.
Job Description
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all restaurant equipment and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen and refrigeration equipment (ovens, Merrychef, ice machines, freezers, refrigerators, etc.).
- Handle structural repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of spare parts and maintenance records.
- Implement and uphold SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and management for major repairs or replacements.
- Ensure safety compliance and a secure work environment.
- Track and report equipment performance, recommending efficiency improvements.
