WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager Dyeing Sampling
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily dyeing sampling programs in line with buyer and merchant requirements.
- Ensure correct shade matching and compliance with required testing requirements.
- Liaise with merchandisers, R&D and production teams for a smooth transition from sampling to bulk production.
- Finalize lab-to-bulk recipes and coordinate with the lab to ensure lab-to-bulk trend consistency and reproducibility.
- Coordinate with the quality team for finished production, addressing quality issues through RCA and CAP.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of work experience in dyeing with at least 3-5 years in sampling or development.
- Strong knowledge of dyes, auxiliaries and textile fibers.
- Expertise in shade matching and recipe formulation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
