Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting,
interview coordination) - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Prepare HR documents and assist with filing and data entry
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or ongoing) in HR, Business
Administration, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality
