Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Polytechnical / Technical background preferred)
3–5 years of experience in technical procurement within FMCG / Manufacturing environment
Hands-on SAP S4 HANA usage for procurement lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure technical items, spare parts, machinery, and engineering services from local & international vendors
Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate purchasing
Manage RFQs, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and vendor performance
Process Purchase Orders (PO), GRN, and invoice settlements in SAP S4 HANA
Monitor PR approvals, delivery timelines, and logistics coordination for urgent plant requirements
Support production, engineering, facility management, and NPD/EPD projects with timely procurement
Maintain procurement analytics including cost optimization and supply risk assessment
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Technical understanding of equipment, fabrication materials & industrial supplies
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP S4 HANA
Effective coordination and vendor relationship management
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
