Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Business Management
💼 10–12 years of telecom experience
📘 Expertise in ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 27001, Six Sigma, eTOM, and ITIL
💡 Strong in Data Analysis, Communication & Problem Solving
What You’ll Do:
💡 Lead QCR plans, quality audits, and follow-ups
💡 Ensure data reliability, confidentiality & timely reporting
💡 Measure & analyze customer satisfaction
💡 Drive quality-related training initiatives
