We are looking for Creative Manager – Marketing
Summary:
We’re seeking a Creative Manager to shape and deliver impactful campaigns across branding, print, digital, and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with directors, writers, strategists, and production teams to bring bold ideas from concept to execution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developed and executed creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, video, and other channels-collaborating closely with copywriters, account managers, strategists, and production teams to align with client branding and objectives.
• Led design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and quality control while ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
• Provided art direction for visual elements, including layout, typography, photo shoots, videography, and mechanicals. Maintained a sharp eye for type, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Streamlined production processes, improving efficiency-such as adopting new tools to accelerate project delivery and consistency.
• Mentored junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and helping to elevate their creative and technical abilities.
• Navigated agency workflows effectively, adapting quickly to multiple briefs, deadlines, and cross-functional demands-a hallmark of agency experience.
Education & Experience:
• At least 5 years in this or similar role.
• Minimum bachelors degree
