WE’RE HIRING Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile GRN weights and invoice summaries received from the Biomass Purchase Lead.
- Verify the STRN status of vendors on the FBR portal.
- Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate entries in the system.
- Segregate payment records by POs across respective purchase sites.
- Cross-check each GRN entry against the corresponding invoice for accuracy.
- Prepare vendor-wise vouchers in accordance with payment schedules.
- Issue vouchers and forward them to the Finance Head for approvals.
- Ensure payments are released as per the agreed terms and timelines.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant qualifications.
- 2-3 years of work experience in finance/accounts.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Expertise in managing data and ensuring financial accuracy.
