Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 10+ years of proven experience within the real estate construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques and regulatory requirements Demonstrated expertise in reviewing technical designs, engineering specifications and construction methodologies for compliance and quality assurance
