EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s/MBA in HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and execute end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage employee onboarding process, conduct orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
