About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail operations department by implementing efficient and effective strategy for retail outlets, drive sales, and add value to customer experience. The ideal candidate must be passionate about fashion, commercially driven, and skilled in people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability and achieve sales targets of whole retail network.
- Drive excellent customer service and ensure brand standards.
- Lead retail operations strategy and inventory control mechanism.
- New business development and preparation of its necessary feasibility reports.
- Preparation of store wise APEX/CAPEX reports and annual budget.
- Develop yearly sales plans by keeping in view sales forecast and last year’s sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Masters degree (Business, Retail Management).
- 5 to 10 years or above retail experience with 3+ years in a leadership role (fashion retail preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion trends and customer engagement.
