🎯 Position: HR Manager

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building high-performing teams — we want to meet you!
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
- Build & maintain strong talent pipelines (Ops, F&B, Marketing, Leadership)
- Design proactive sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn, job boards, campuses)
- Standardize interview guides, scorecards & hiring workflows
- Track hiring metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire
- Manage recruitment vendors and agency relationships
- Lead structured onboarding to improve new hire retention
🎓 Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA, with specialization in HR
- 3–6 years of HR/TA experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Experience in F&B, retail, or consumer industries is a big plus!
