We are Hiring! Workshop Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and mechanics Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects Provide guidance, training, and support to team members Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the workshop Maintain a safe and organized working environment Implement and enforce quality control and safety procedures Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards Manage inventory tools, and equipment Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting, preferably in a supervisory role Mechanical repair and maintenance Electrical systems and electronics
Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or technology
