🚨 We’re Hiring: Internal Auditor 🚨
Transsion Tecno Electronics (Pvt) Ltd is on the lookout for Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team!
📍Location: Karachi, Sindh
💼 Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll, tax deduction, and employee master data audits (permanent & third-party staff).
- Perform monthly audits of salaries, allowances, full & final settlements, transport, canteen, petty cash, procurement, and scrap sales.
- Conduct physical verification of inventory, fixed assets, and store stock counts.
- Carry out operational audits including HSE checks, gate logs, security management, and CCTV functionality.
- Perform reconciliation of sales tax returns, loans & advances, and receivables.
- Review import shipment records, insurance claims, and OEM price compliance.
- Prepare and present monthly audit reports to management.
- Support quarterly audits such as annual tax review, uniform & locker management, utilities, device warehouse, bonus disbursement, and showroom visits.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and report-writing skills.
- Conflict management and problem-solving mindset.
🎓 Qualification: CA-Inter / ICMA Finalist / ACCA Finalist / CIA / CISA or minimum 14 years’ graduate degree in Accounting/Finance.
🛠 Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal audit, finance, or compliance.
