Assistant Manager Stitching (Apparel)
Job Description Key Responsibilities :
- To assist in managing day-to-day stitching operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure stitching lines are running efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor line performance, output, and downtime.
- Support in planning and executing line setups, changeovers, and new style implementation.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile, Apparel or related field or equivalent degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in Stitching Production with at least 1-2 years in AM-level role.
- Candidates Must have Experience In Bottom/Chino
