Organization: Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd

Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for an “HR Generalist” to join its team.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

Play a major role in recruitment activities, including job development and postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Maintain all staff personnel files and HR records according to organizational policies
Prepare monthly attendance reports to ensure accurate attendance compliance
Prepare and update all staff job descriptions as necessary
Issue all HR letters and reports as required
Handle employee group health and life insurance matters (Addition/Deletion/Claim Processing)
Serve as a contact for employees, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, and assisting in resolving personnel-related issues
Organize employee engagement activities
Assist in HR projects and initiatives
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (BBA/MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources
1-2 years of experience in the HR field, with a focus on recruitment
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
