Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of photo and video shoots for our fashion textile brand. at Head Office, Karachi.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
– Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots, including pre-production, production, and post-production tasks.
– Work closely with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, and other creative professionals to ensure seamless shoot execution.
– Arrange logistics such as location scouting, permits, equipment, props, and wardrobe requirements.
– Manage the inventory of shoot dresses, accessories, and props to ensure availability and proper usage.
– Create and maintain detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
– Supervise the shoot on set, ensuring all creative and brand guidelines are met.
– Assist with casting and model selection for shoots as needed.
– Handle any issues or last-minute changes that may arise during the shoot.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with campaigns and brand objectives.
– Curate and select the best images and videos from shoots for use on social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
– Work with the social media team to provide relevant and timely content for digital platforms.
– Organize and archive shoot materials, maintaining proper filing, inventory, and accessibility for marketing use.
