We’re Hiring – Deputy Manager (Admin)

📍 Location: Landhi, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee canteen operations ensuring hygiene standards and contractor performance
-Manage administrative billing processes and ensure timely reporting
-Supervise waste management and scrap handling from collection to disposal
-Coordinate with telecom service providers and manage billing across YTM locations
-Maintain vendor contracts, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality service
-Prepare detailed reports on expenses, vendor billing, and operational KPIs
-Collaborate with compliance teams to fulfill audit and documentation requirements
-Oversee weighbridge operations for accurate and smooth logistics

Requirements:
-Experience: 5–6 years in a similar role
-Education: Graduate (Master’s preferred)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
