SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in Horeca sales and business development.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in the Horeca segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Nationwide Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) market and key stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage Horeca sales operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca sector.
- Identify growth opportunities within the Horeca market and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the Horeca segment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Provide training and support to the sales team focused on the Horeca channel.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business growth.
