Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day production & ensuring efficient production workflows, meeting quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining a safe work environment..
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth garments manufacturing.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines. To ensure 100% OTD.
- Planning & organizing production schedule.
- Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity.

- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of production management.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Min Graduation / Master’s degree is preferred (With I.E Background).
10-12 Years of Experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role within the Apparel Industry (Shirts Experience will be preferred).

Position :Officer Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatching and Record keeping of Samples, Handlooms, Lab dips etc.
- Strong follow up from sampling about development, Fit, PP and Sale Man samples.
- To get SAM and Consumption against Inquiries and Follow Up from I.E and GGT Respectively.
- To manage required documentations.

- Basic Computer & ERP Knowledge
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Apparel Industry.
