Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales (C&I)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in liaising with the marketing department to clarify promotional needs related to consumer sales in the assigned region in the coming quarter.
- Develop, organize, and lead the team of consumer sales forces to achieve given monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Personally get involved in maturing sales leads whenever deemed necessary.
- Lead negotiation in maturing consumer sales leads of large volumes.
- Thoroughly review and approve all sales contracts in consumer sales.
- Make sure the sales team remains in close liaison with the operations team to track milestone achievement.
- Practice effective networking techniques and also coach the team on how to grow their network to achieve a higher number of sales leads.
- Identify new sales channel partners and through the team to strengthen the company’s sales network.
- Thoroughly monitor the work of reporting team members to ensure they stay committed to generating new leads.
- Ensure all developed sales channels are engaged regularly to make them effective and result-producing.
- Identify the most productive channel partners and organize engagement/rewarding activities for them with the approval of senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or BBA, BS Business Studies.
- 3 years of experience.
