We’re hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Merchandising (Bedding & Home)
Zellbury is looking for an experienced merchandising professional to join our Bedding & Home category.
The role requires strong hands-on exposure to local sourcing, vendor development, product costing, product development, and end-to-end merchandising, with a solid understanding of the Pakistani home textile market.
We’re particularly interested in professionals who understand the commercial side of merchandising — from sourcing and negotiation to product execution and retail performance.

WE ARE HIRING MANAGER BEDDING MERCHANDISER BEDDING DEPARTMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local Sourcing & Vendor Dev: For fabrics, fillings, trims, and packaging.
- Product Development & Sampling: Coordinate with Design on range execution.
- Negotiate Margins: Optimize fabric costs, MOQs, and lead times, supporting target margins.
- Manage Costing: Fabric consumption, processing, and fabric consumption, costs, and wastage factors.
- T&A Calendars: Monitor production from cutting to packaging.
- Retail Ops Coordination: Manage order quantities, demand, and inventory.
- Performance Monitoring: Sell-through, stock turns, and markdown decisions.
- QA & Inspections: Ensure product quality standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Textile Management, Fashion, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: 3-6 years in Bedding & Home Textiles
- Market Knowledge: Mandatory Pakistani retail sourcing & vendor management is mardatory.
- Technical Skills: Bedding product construction, dyeing, printing, and cocarating, con-nancagement, and costing.
- Hub Sourcing: Knowledge of mechation.
- Hub Sourcing: Knowledge of Karachi, Faisalabad, Lahore.
- Systems: Advanced MS Excel & ERP proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Negotiation, commercial acumen, and problem-solving.
- Note: Pure export experience will not be considered.
