Ayesha Spinning Mills is looking for an experienced professional with 12–15+ years of experience in QMS, QA, QC & Operational Excellence, preferably from the textile industry.
WE’RE HIRING General Manager – QMS & OE (SOCKS DIVISION)
Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in QMS, QA, QC & Operational Excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, internal/external audits, compliance and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of textile quality processes, inspection systems, testing and quality control procedures.
- Experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in quality KPIs, root cause analysis, CAPA, SOPs and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ability to develop and implement quality policies, procedures and management systems.
- Strong experience in operational excellence, productivity improvement and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills with the ability to lead QA/QC and QMS teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Textile industry experience is strongly preferred.
