1. Teaching Assistant

• No. of Posts: 04
• Age Limit: 21 to 35
• Required Qualification: i. Master’s degree or BS (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

2. Media Coordinator

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 21 to 35
• Required Qualification: i. Master’s degree or BS (second division) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Media Studies or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

3. Hostel Warden Female/ Male

• No. of Posts: 02
• Age Limit: 25 to 40
• Required Qualification:

i. BS (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and

ii. Three years post qualification relevant experience.

OR

i. Bachelor’s degree (second division) from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and

ii. Five years post qualification relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Applicants are required to apply against the above-mentioned posts on plain papers along with one copy of CV, all attested photocopies of academic transcripts / experience certificates if any and two most recent passport size photographs.
2. The applications should reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (HR), Vice Chancellor secretariat Kashmir Point, Kohsar University, Murree, on or before 28th September 2026 during office hours.
3. Applications must be reached through Post/Courier. By-hand submission shall not be entertained.
4. Applicants must submit separate applications for each post.
5. Only candidates with a Punjab domicile are eligible. Candidates whose domicile is still being processed will not be entertained.
6. Candidates can be disqualified at any stage of recruitment/selection process due to providing fake documents and false information.
7. Applications received after the last date and incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
8. Name of the post applied for must be written on the top right corner of the envelope.
9. The University reserves the right not to fill or withdraw any post or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
10. The university reserves the right to increase or decrease or abolish any post at any time.
11. The quota will be considered and followed in accordance with the Punjab Government.
