We are looking for “ Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Sourcing ”
Responsibilities:·
· Lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for the Unstitch Division, including planning, procurement, production, and inventory management.
· Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
· Drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains across the supply chain through continuous improvement initiatives.
· Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on business goals and priorities.
· Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure high-quality inputs and timely delivery.
· Monitor key performance metrics, such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, and order fulfillment, to ensure supply chain KPIs are met or exceeded. including vendor managed inventory, supplier consignments and safety stock.
· Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
· Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
· Take ownership of the purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents.
· Initiate and develop creative and innovative sourcing processes.
Required Skills: Team leader, Vendor Management, Training , negotiations
Qualifications:
· 8+ Years Experience in relevant Field
· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Relevant Field
