Position : Senior HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, Review and Implement HR Systems and Processes.
- Partner with different functions and divisions to deliver the Organization Effectiveness.
- Ensuring HR Related communication are done in a timely & Precise Manner (Announcements & Obituaries etc.)
- Managing & Resolving complex Employee Relation issues and grievances in effective and efficient manner.
- Ensuring timely intimation to all stakeholders regarding Employee Onboarding and Employee Exits.
- Develop the integrated talent & capability plan using the internal and external analysis to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organization today and tomorrow.
- Managing Reward & Recognition procedure at Plant Level in coordination with all stakeholders.
- Reviewing & Preparation of letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation of services, Increment, Promotion, Transfer, Re- Designation etc.)
- To act as an embedded HR function, ensuring HR service delivery and implementation of HR policies and procedures with relevant HR tools.
- Manage and maintain Divisional organogram whilst ensuring mapped org. charts are continuously updated with 100% accuracy and associated changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner and reflect correctly in HRMS records.
- Manage payroll processing using SAP, Oracle, and MS Office tools, while efficiently handling final settlements and ensuring seamless communication via Outlook.
- Monitoring HC In Peak and Lean season as per Business plans.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA Preferably in HR
- 05-06 Years Experience in FMCG
- Prior Experience in Payroll, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, EOBI & Social Security
