🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
