Job Opportunity: Finance Executive at Wavetec Pvt Ltd
Wavetec Pvt Ltd, a global leader in customer experience and information display solutions, is hiring a Finance Executive.
Responsibilities:
-Monthly filing of regulatory returns and responding to authorities’ notices.
-Handling invoices, payments, and monthly salaries in ERP.
-Timely reconciliation for real-time financial statements.
-GL records maintenance and report preparation.
-Monitoring expenses against departmental budgets.
-Monthly reports preparation before the 3rd of each month.
-Other tasks as assigned by the Manager Finance.
Skills:
-Knowledge of accounting principles.
-Proficiency in online payroll/accounting systems and MS Excel.
-Administration, statistical methods, and technical writing.
-Strong communication, time management, and stress management skills.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in the Accounts/Audit/Manufacturing industry.
Intercultural experience in a rapidly changing business environment.
