Job Responsibilities:
- End to End Management of Group School Uniform project as per business case approvals, worth PKR 500 to 600 Million.
- Design, Develop, QA, R&D, Specs and Purchase of all Uniform as per company needs.
- Management of furniture requirement for schools and office across the network; this covers all new purchase and refurbishment of old furniture as per policy.
- Assets tagging and other inventory management.
- Make policy and regulate the process of all purchases as per group level needs.
- End to End management of all construction related demands of the company.
- Budgeting, pricing, procurement, handling and delivery of companywide CAPEX.
- Timely updation of all SLA contracts and provide best offer for company.
- Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Approvals, Contracting and Implementation of all special projects like Solar, ACs and BOD Assigned works etc.
- Monthly reporting to management as per need and performance.
- Communication / follow up with suppliers for on time provision / delivery of required items; Follow up and escalation for managing deliveries timely.
- On ground ensure and report the implementation of exclusivity contract with suppliers.
- Preparation of SOP/Policies of areas under the domain to have controls and reporting to BODs/Management.
