Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, logistics, and resources efficiently. Excellent communication, with a focus on student engagement. Ability to track progress, analyze data, and address challenges for continuous improvement. |
Key Responsibilities:
- Build collaborations between start-ups, academia, and industry experts.
- Drive incubator operations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to foster innovation.
- Implement workflows, data systems, and content creation for impactful events and initiatives.
- Lead start-up recruitment, mentoring, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure incubator visibility through marketing and data-driven performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflows, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with university departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a collaborative culture by promoting interaction among start-up teams, mentors, and the broader university ecosystem.
- Organize and execute workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events, ensuring they are impactful and well-attended.
- Implement tracking systems for start-up milestones and resource needs, generating progress reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote incubator activities, curate content, and engage the university community.
- Identify and proactively address challenges faced by start-ups, refining workflows and strategies as needed.

- Developing and delivering content for professional development of students.
- Coordinating with faculties to highlight and address areas of growth relating to student development and job placement.
- Developing and employing appropriate interventions as and when required by the expectations and circumstances of each faculty.
- Building and expanding corporate linkages to create employment and internship opportunities for students.
- Maintaining databases of companies, student placement and feedback from companies relating to alumni in the job market.
- Representing the Career Services Office and UCP on various forums.
- Arranging recruitment drives, job fairs, and expert talks.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.

- Maintaining databases of corporate partners, recruitment events other initiatives.
- Representing the Career Services Office and UCP on various forums.
- Assisting the manager in arranging recruitment drives, job fairs and expert talks.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.
