We Are HIRING Principal
Dunya Foundation seeks a Principal with the experience and vision to lead our school toward academic excellence, effective school management, and holistic student development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement academic strategies, curriculum plans, and academic calendars to drive academic excellence.
Monitor teaching quality and student performance, and provide guidance and training to faculty.
Lead and manage faculty and staff, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and annual appraisals.
Oversee student welfare, discipline, extracurricular activities, and parent engagement.
Ensure effective school operations, resource management, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of teaching Higher Secondary classes.
At least 5 years of experience as a Principal in a Higher Secondary School.
Note: Accommodation will be provided to eligible candidates relocating from outside the city.
