The role demands delivery of sales targets, market share growth, effective RTM execution, receivables control, and profitability optimization, while maintaining strong customer relationships and market hygiene.
Ideal candidates bring FMCG/distribution experience, strong commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS: MBA from HEC recognized University
EXPERIENCE: 6-7 years of work experience with at least 03 years of Managerial role in FMCG industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing field force management, sales volume, and distribution operations.
Implementing sales and marketing plans to attain commercial and distribution objectives.
Managing budgets for optimal cost-effectiveness.
Aligning primary and secondary sales with the actual sales potential of the station, territory, or area.
