LOCATION Depalpur, Pakistan
QUALIFICATION : Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management or any relevant field.
EXPERIENCE : 10-12 years of overall experience, including 5 years in teaching and 7 years in education administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic standards, student outcomes, and overall school performance in alignment with organisational policies and objectives.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching quality, student assessments, and examination processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and academic frameworks.
- Drive student enrolment and retention through effective admissions strategies, community engagement, branding initiatives, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, infrastructure maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth administrative functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and non-academic staff by implementing performance management systems, professional development plans, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and collaborative school culture.
