United Bank Limited is looking to hire a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition within its Human Resources Division. The incumbent will be responsible to manage and lead a team of recruiters and also individually look after end to end resourcing process of the defined business portfolio for the Bank as per internal stakeholder’s requirements.
Grade: Vice President
Job Requirements:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the defined turnaround time
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic recruitment priorities
- Ensure the development and maintenance of a talent pipeline to create bench strength in the assigned portfolios
- Promote and develop process re-engineering practices to improve service delivery standards as per best market practice
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably within the Banking
Industry
- MBA in HR from a HEC recognized university
