TPL LIFE INSURANCE LIMITED – WINDOW TAKAFUL OPERATIONS is hiring for following positions for Corporate Sales Department.

-Regional Sales Head (RSH)
-Senior Relationship Manager (SRM)
-Relationship Manager (RM)

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute.

Personality / Skills:

1-3 years’ experience in sales with 2 year sales experience in Corporate Life Insurance /Takaful, Financial.
-DSF/Corporate Life Insurance/Takaful experience is a plus point.

  • Proven ability in achieving sales targets and in maintaining & developing client.
  • Team Player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Make a plan to achieve his assigned target and execute it effectively.

  • Constantly updated and shortlisted pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with corporate clients to achieve assigned business targets.
    -Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to share progress and performance.
  • Develop a thorough understating of clients’ needs and requirements, and offer customized
    solutions.
  • Resolve and escalate areas of concern raised by the clients.
  • Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to support the internal/external process.

Positions: Assistant Manager & Senior Executive Actuarial Services.

Skills & Education:

  • Strong knowledge of Ms. Excel / word and VBA, R/Python working knowledge would be advantageous.
  • 1 – 2 exams passed of SOA or equivalent exam of IFOA, candidates with higher exams or nearing associateship would be preferred.
  • Graduation in actuarial, mathematics, economics or similar subjects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work ethic, abilities to work in team and independently
  • Research and independent initiative and ability to learn
    Work Experience: 2 – 5 years’ life insurance experience
  • Life – Actuarial function, especially Pricing and Product Development
  • Actuarial Valuation of Long-term and Short-term business
  • Basic IFRS17 working knowing with focus on actuarial aspects. Candidates with exposure in IFRS17 development would be preferred.
