TATA PAKISTAN is looking for a Deputy Manager/ Associate Manager Legal for their Head Office – Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following;
- Coordinate, brief and follow up on the legal matter of the company with the external legal counsels. Maintaining legal case files and update records.
- Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents, including MOUs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Contractual Employment Agreements, Supply/Vendor Agreements, NDAs, Bank Guarantees, Affidavits and other documents received from various company departments.
- Assist with all legal matters of the company, research on legal matters, liaising with internal departments ensure the timely legal advice.
Qualification: LLB / LLM preferably from a recognized university.
Experience: 3 – 4 years relevant experience in managing legal affairs of a listed company;
