We are looking to hire a Supervisor – Quality Assurance for our Lahore office.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BPOs – International contact center campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal skills with inspiring leadership abilities
• Self-motivated, Passionate, and visionary personality who is flexible to adopt change
• Flexible to work in night shifts and public holidays
• Excellent English language skills & COPC/Six sigma & ISO will be added advantage
• Excellent MS office skills, including MS teams & office 365
• Business degree with IT background preferred
