We are looking to hire Enterprise Support Officer for our Multan and Islamabad offices.
Candidate requirements:
• Preferably relevant experience in a similar domain
• Responsible for team management and overall management of IT operations in the region i.e., installing and configuring desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems and applications, communication with vendor, and client end support
• Troubleshooting of IT-related issues and providing optimal solutions
• Firm coordination with relevant stakeholders regarding all urgent requests related to any his/her domain
• Work on different ongoing projects and initiatives that may involve travel
• Document Control, project reporting, IT and network inventory management
• Providing services to internal customers and maintaining operations
