Job Description:
- Responsible for Making job advertisements and posting it on various platforms as per the need.
- Responsible for receiving applications and initial resume screening as per the criteria.
- Will conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening interviews to find the best fit possible for the job in concern.
- Responsible for on-boarding of newly hired candidates.
-Any other task provided by HOD.
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: Master’s degree in HRM
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in industry.
