- Assist in maintaining the applicant recruitment dashboard database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date.
- Assist in screening resumes, coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule
- Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the Sana Safinaz recruiting process
- Assist in coordinating university and campus drives.
