- Manager/Assistant Manager – Customer Experience Reporting:

Bachelor’s with 3–7 years in governance/compliance/CX, strong Excel/Power BI skills, regulatory knowledge, and solid analytical and stakeholder management abilities. - Manager/Assistant Manager – Governance (Customer Experience):
Develop CX dashboards and insights, conduct journey mapping and usability testing, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvements. Bachelor’s with 3–7 years in CX reporting/analytics, strong BI/Excel skills, UX knowledge, and solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Assistant Manager – Product Owner (Cards):
Support card product roadmap execution, enhance digital journeys, ensure compliance, track KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive growth in cards and payments. Bachelor’s with 2–3 years in product/digital banking/cards, strong analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of payments ecosystem and regulations, and effective stakeholder coordination abilities. - Sr. Manager/Unit Head – Legal
Lead legal strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, oversee contracts and governance, and advise senior stakeholders to safeguard organizational interests. Law degree with 7-10 years of experience, strong expertise in corporate/regulatory law, contract management, governance frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
