- Lead the site’s WCM strategy and transformation.
- Drive WCM pillar deployment and capability building.
- Improve operational excellence through continuous improvement.
- Align WCM initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
- Foster a culture of excellence, digitalization, and engagement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred with 5-7 years of experience.
- Lean/TPM/WCM/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Minimize waste, meet AQL targets, and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain safety and complete post-production material handling.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- DAE Electrical / Mechanical with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communication Skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
