Outfitters stores is looking For AM-Planning Women and will be responsible of

·Prepare Category level budgets for inventory, sales, and purchase and prepare sales, retention, and allocation plans for season
·Make demand forecasts as per plan, budget, and conditions to improve profitability and turnover. Responsible for optimized product positioning
·Ensure the weekly Margins & Closing Inventories are on track against Retail Merchandising Financial Plan (MFP) by recommending specific corrective measures for in-season adjustments where Margins, Closing Inventory or Sales are off target.
·Optimize inventories and liquidation by projecting seasonal sales and purchase forecasts.
·Develop and maintain Seasonal assortment plans and strategies. This may involve coordinating design team and manufacturing team for finalizing strategies.
·Also responsible for category reporting and analysis by generating adhoc as well as weekly/monthly reports and reviews, in order to take steps in the improvement of business.
·Manage and maintain product master data and finished goods purchase orders in ERP systems for respective category.

Qualification : MBA/ Masters
Experience : 3 years (in sales planning)
