Position: Assistant Manager Sales Services Location: Peshawar
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (Primary, Secondary, and Stock Analysis).
- Monitor distributor, route, and SKU-level targets vs. achievements.
- Prepare analysis reports and presentations for Review Meetings.
- Forecast demand and create rolling estimates based on actual sales.
- Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to ensure timely stock availability.
- Ensure distributors maintain stock limits and share daily zero-SKU lists and order changes.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for smooth dispatches.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly and provide quick solutions.
- Ensure recovery and control of company assets with distributors.
- Assist in target setting & splitting by distributor, route, and SKU level.
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and execution support with sales teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Manage supply constraints and ensure smooth product flow.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA (Preferably in Marketing and Sales)
- 06 – 09 Years Experience in a similar role in FMCG, preferably in Beverages Sector

Position: Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc and communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
- Distribution Management to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI’s, GTM, Inventory Management.
Job Requirements:
- BBA / MBA (Preferably in Marketing and Sales)
- 5-7 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.

Position: Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention.
- Ensuring that distributions have optimum stock levels for each Stock Keeping Unit according to Stock Cover Days policy of company.
- Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all Stock Keeping Units at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BBA / MBA (Preferably in Marketing and Sales)
- Experience: Fresh – 1 Year Experience in FMCG
