Nanosoft Technologies Pvt Ltd Jobs Pre Sales Executive:

Nanosoft Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for ‘Pre-Sales Executive‘ for its Karachi Office.

Requirements:

-Handles chats ranging from guiding prospects interested in our products and services and convincing them to get them on board.
-Handles customer concerns with empathy and presents HostNOC positively at all times on live chat and social media groups.
-Identify the customer’s needs and provide appropriate advantages and benefits of our products and services to close the sale.
-The incumbent will provide proactive and consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, either via email or direct messages on social media platforms.
-Maintains a complete record of the individual customers’ queries, the actions taken, and deliverables committed.
-Should be an efficient multitasker (able to chat and simultaneously coordinate with the technical team for pitching solutions to leads and prospects) and effective problem solver.

Education: At least Bachelors
Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service of an IT/Cloud hosting company.
