Mughal Iron & Steel Industries is seeking a high-caliber, risk-focused Audit professional to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and drive governance excellence across operations. This role is ideal for someone who can challenge the status quo, dig deep into numbers and processes, and add real business value.

What You’ll Own
Execution of risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, stores, procurement, finance, and operations
Evaluation and strengthening of internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Identification of control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks
Audit of inventory, stores, procurement, CAPEX, and production processes
Coordination with external auditors and facilitation of statutory / management audits
Preparation of audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Follow-up on audit observations and implementation of corrective actions
Support management in fraud risk assessment and prevention

What We’re Looking For
CA (Inter), ACCA, CMA, CIA, or MBA (Finance)
08–10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Construction industry
Strong command of internal audit, risk management, and compliance
ERP audit exposure (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus)
Sharp analytical skills with a high level of professional skepticism
Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment
