Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register; handle capitalization, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
- Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets; report project overruns.
- Process vendor payments and assist in payment runs and issue resolution.
- Prepare financial schedules, related party transactions, and support statutory reporting.
- Record Workers Profit Participation Fund entries.
- Manage insurance of assets and stock; support audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit standards.
- Assist in secretarial tasks and corporate governance compliance.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- ACCA Affiliate (Females are encouraged to apply)
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills
