We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Technical Manager / Chief Engineer Mechanical
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage operational and maintenance activities across all Mechanical dept.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue promptly during the season and off-season.
- Administer administrative task i.e. PR, gate pass, material issuance and budgeting.
- Administer SAP system related to Mechanical department operation.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance Mechanical staff competence.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as head of department in the absence of GM Technical.
Ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical or equivalent, with minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Sugar industry.
